Passage Grave in Co. Sligo

This is one of several monuments accompanying Maeve's cairn on the summit of Knocknarea.

It is a ruined example of a cruciform passage grave. There are remains of its cairn still present, although the passage is difficult to recognise. Three end stones still remain which allow one to imagine the original cruciform shape of the passage.

The tomb is about 100m North of Maeve's cairn. The passage is aligned to face South East, towards the Carrowmore complex.
