Information Centre in North Portugal
Porta do Lindoso = Gate of Lindoso.
"Porta" or "Gate" is to be understood as Information Centre about the Natural Park ; "Lindoso" is the name of the village, famous for its castle where the Information Centre is installed.
Note : There are another four such "Portas" around the Parque Nacional da Penada-Gérês (PNPG), where you'll find general information and documents about the park (fauna, flora, etc., and megaliths in the region).
