A pre-Inca circular structure, 8m in diameter, dating from around 800CE, attributed to the Quitu-Cara culture.
Possibly an observatory.

    Easy fix fortunately - it should have been (long = 0 AND lat = 0) instead of (long = 0 OR lat = 0) - thanks !
