Court Tomb in Co. Monaghan
This tomb is set in a trapezoidal cairn. At the NE end there is a deep U-shaped court over 6m wide and 6m deep. A stone either side of the court may belong to the facade. The gallery is divided into three chambers by jamb-stones. The innermost chamber is less complete than the rest, being represented by a single jamb and a backstone. A stone lying inside the entrance may be a fallen lintel.
