Rock Outcrop in Isles of Scilly

The Nag's Head is a wonderfully shaped outcrop found on St Agnes, Isles of Scilly.
The Cornish antiquarian William Borlase believed this outcrop was one of the places where the Druids would have performed their gruesome rites, and I'm sure myself that various people's over various times would have seen this outcrop as a special place (even amongst all the other wonderfully shaped outcrops nearby)

The Nag's Head
The Nag's Head submitted by Bladup : The Nag's Head, It's like a fish re-entering the water after a jump from this angle, It's amazing how many sea shaped outcrops you see near the sea, It's the same elements that shape the creatures as the outcrops i guess!!! (1 comment)

The Nag's Head
The Nag's Head submitted by Bladup : The Nag's Head, It was once believed that a Stone Circle once surrounded the outcrop, Which is strange considering the Stones near the outcrops aren't fallen stones at all but are in fact more smaller outcrops (1 comment)
