I spent a week in and around Laphroaig Distillery. No, I wasn't drunk, I was renting Ian's House in the grounds of Laphroaig Distillery. I didn't see any standing stones within the distillery.
Druim Mor is the name of a small hill near Lagavulin and there are in fact two sites near to this hill. Druim Mor Cairn is just off the path to Ballynaughton from Lagavulin. Lagavulin N is listed as a standing stone built into a wall, evident on the way to Ballynaughton. I wonder about this coincidence.

I walked all around the distillery (mostly) and didn't see any signs of a stone there.
