Cave or Rock Shelter in Asturias

"It is included in the list of World Heritage of UNESCO since July 2008. This is a cave with a gallery of forty meters long that ends in a room with Paleolithic cave paintings of the period magdaleniensecon an age of 14,000 years. It was discovered in 1994 when after blasting for road works opened a hole in the cave. The fact of their enclosure and their late discovery makes the quality and conservation of the paintings is very high regarded as the best preserved bison on the Cantabrian coast. The conservation of these extraordinary paintings has made experts advise never open to visitors."
