The medieval well is built into the S side of the churchyard of St. Teilo's church immediately beside a narrow lane with a row of houses opposite. A pipe at the back of the subterraenean chamber delivers water into the chamber, the water flows on through the well into a drain under the road. The stone structure is in good condition.
