Coed Gaer Hut Circle submitted by Rambler_22 : Unfortunately, storm Isha/Jocelyn snapped a large branch off the tree growing in the hut circle. The branch is resting on a stone but doesn’t appear to have caused any damage.

If it's got east and west entrances isn't it more likely to be a version of a ringcairn rather than a domestic structure?

Some hut circles have entrances East and West, In all directions if fact, granted plenty have entrances facing East but some do have 2 entrances [or maybe an entrance and an exit door] You can tell it''s a hut circle by it''s foundation walling [everything else rotted away long ago], Ringcairns tend to be bigger and have more rounded banks, This sure looks like the remains of a hut circle.
