Ancient Village or Settlement in Gwynedd. The site is situated to the North of Afon Dyfrdwy on the southern slopes of Moel Caws. It is an extensive settlement with evidence of hut circles, rectangular huts, enclosures and boundary walls. The foundations of the dwellings have been raised to compensate for the slope and there are examples of tiered homesteads, i.e. Hut circles raised to 1m above the one below.

The rectangular stone buildings may be younger and/or built upon for livestock purposes. There is a stone lined track that runs through the settlement.
