Bryn Euryn
Bryn Euryn submitted by TimPrevett : Bryn Euryn, site of the Iron Age hillfort, as seen from the north west; most people will see this briefly from the other side where the A55 skirts its densely wooded sides, and blackthorn scrub. (Vote or comment on this photo)
Hillfort in Conwy (Bwrdeistref Sirol).
Iron Age hillfort, surviving as ramparts, earthworks, and a hut circle on the north and west sides of the hill.

Most people will see the location as the large wooded hill on the south side of the A55, as it bends past Colwyn Bay.

Bryn Euryn
Bryn Euryn submitted by vicky : The hillfort of Bryn Euryn above the seaside resort of Colwyn Bay. This view was taken from the lama enclosure in the Welsh Mountain zoo. The hillfort originally enclosed two summits and the traces of ramparts can still be found in some parts. (Vote or comment on this photo)
