Cairn in Gwynedd

The cairn is situated within sloping pastoral land to the south of Moel Caws and east of Banciau Brithion Forest. The river Dee flows to the south. The cairn is positioned on a raised bank and is itself raised to 1m. The cairn has a 12m diameter. There is evidence of some interference. However, the cairn is in remarkably good condition.

NB: there are several nearby cairns located within the forest but they are currently difficult to reach.
