I found it unusual in that it has 11 equally spaced upright stones with a 12th smaller stone placed midway between two stones. The 12th stone aligns with the centre of the circle, where there is a recumbent stone, and the diagonally opposite stone. The direction of this line appears to be generally North East or towards the mid-summer sunrise.
I did not find any posted information at the site. Current photos will be uploaded.

This Eisteddfod circle is on the seafront at Rhyl on the North Wales coast. We have driven along here a few times in a car and never seen it as it is set down in a hollow but going by in the campervan we had the extra height to spot it. It is just before the swimming pool on the right heading into town.
It is made up of the usual 12 tall stones, all about 2m high, except for the smaller one set inside the circumference. It is an attractive circle in a very pleasant setting unlike the one at Llangefni below.
