Standing Stone in Powys

Stone in the Churchyard of St Mary's Church, Welshpool. it is said to have been brought here after the dissolution of the monasteries from Strata Marcella. Abbots were installed on it as part of a ritual but after it was moved to the St Mary's those doing pennance were made to stand on it.
