....i have searched this site, field and field boundary and found nothing. My feeling is that if it was here it has long since been destroyed.....

Visited location in June 2013, absolutely nothing visible in field. Pevsner (Buildings of England) refers to 'a possible long barrow' here, which he says was destroyed before 1833. Is this the same site? Seems unlikely but still. He doesn't refer to any other tomb except the extant round barrow nearby. But he does mention the nearby Hore Stones (listed on this website as the Toller Down stones). Whatever, 'condition 3' would seem to be a tad optimistic!
