Capler camp is one of our favourite sites, a very spiritual place in a positive way. one side is woodland dominated but is clear for the main part with fantastic views down to Brokhampton and beyond. take a picnic and let nature come to you. I dowsed the camp with L rods and it's a very active site, well worth a visit from more experienced dowsers, but has a novice I was impressed at the results even Trish with her first dowse ever found it simple and achieved results and instinctively felt the energy. lines seem to run in line with breaks in the defensive wall and a lighting tree which a buzzard occupied for our visit calling to us. I brought back a piece of bark from the dead tree, fallen bark and it will forever remind me of such a wonderfull day. We have also logged a nuthatch and greater spotted woodpecker at the site as well as the Buzzard and the usual culprits, its a short walk fro the car park which has some wonderfull wood sculptures and view of the Wye valley. Top marks well worth investigating
