Cairn in Gloucestershire

From Pastscape:

"A prehistoric cairn occupying the highest point of the ridge within Welshbury hillfort (SO 61 NE 7) It is visible as a small sub-circular spread rubble mound, circa 11m in diameter and 0.3m high. A sub-square platform to the east of the cairn may be associated with it, perhaps indicating that it was originally much more substantial. Scheduled."

The Cairn stands proudly at the SE corner of the Camp/Hillfort (see Camp page for more detail) - it oversees the S entrance to the Camp and from the SE is very impressive - the photo submitted is taken looking SE from within the Camp)
