Had a week's holiday (in 2002) in the house of which this holy well occupies the lower ground floor. Rather superior accommodation, far better than I am used to! The water rises a short way up the hillside behind the house and is carried in pipes both to the well fittings but also to a separate 'faucet' in the backyard. The water makes very good tea.
Not sure if you can rent the house any more.
