Ancient Settlement in Dorset. Ringmoor Settlement, Turnworth, Dorset is an ancient settlement or farmstead on the side of Bulbarrow Hill. It is located on a bridleway and the site is owned by the National Trust. It has not been greatly excavated but is usually described as Iron Age and occupied by the Durotriges. It is about 130 acres in extent, there is a pond at the top, a banked track leading to a circular banked enclosure, and a number of field enclosures also indicated by banks.

The site has a number of pits usually described as evidence of medieval quarrying, and a more modern brick ruin sometimes called 'Ringmoor Cottage'.
