PhilKidderminster visited on 1st Dec 2010 - their rating: Cond: 3 Amb: 4 Access: 3 Thought to be natural (not man made).
"The Devil's Spadeful is a pinnacle of sandstone rock about 35 to 40 feet high rising from a sandy hillock. It has a small cavern at the south-west end, which has been inhabited." - Pastscape.
