St Ciaran's Well
St Ciaran's Well submitted by KiwiBetsy : The plaque on the well reads “St Kieran's Well. Erected by Public Subscription AD. 1860”. It is built on the site of St Kieran’s Holy Well, a chalybeate spring, which was unfortunately lost during the building of this fountain which was to have delivered it’s water! St Ciaran’s Church is about one and a half miles from the well. (Vote or comment on this photo)

This well sits near a whisky distillery at the western end of Mineral Well Road and is directly beneath the Glenury Rail viaduct.

St Ciaran's Well
St Ciaran's Well submitted by KiwiBetsy : The well sits beneath a railway viaduct. Although the structure is in good repair (though dry) I have given it a ‘destroyed’ for condition as St Kieran’s Well itself is lost. (Vote or comment on this photo)
