The stepped base here reminds me of Lady Godiva's Cross at Penn.

Most folk will know the area here better for the adjacent Trentham Gardens. Come off the A34 on Whitmore Rd, and left after crossing the river, down a heavy potholed road, and a large church car park on the left. If taking a look inside, the church is very well used and every day ministries go on. I stepped inside and got blasted with "the wheels on the bus..." by a huge toddler group session in full swing!
