Cave or Rock Shelter in Castilla La Mancha y Madrid

One of Spain's Unesco World Heritage Site caves, in the Parque Arqueologico el Tolmo de Minateda.

Discovered by Juan Jimenez Llamas in 1914, there are 5 caves with archaeology from 8 to 3 thousand years ago.

Explored and the wealth of images documented by H. Breuil.

The caves are temporarily closed at the time of writing, in November 2012.
