The Upper Crichie Stone Circle is long gone and no trace remains. The last of the stones was removed as long ago as 1805.

Map ref given at the top of this page (NJ 956 443) disagrees with the map ref quoted by scotlandsplaces.gov.uk (NJ 9580 4429), who also mention the last stone was removed in 1805.
The latter location is in the field immediately to the E & SE of Upper Crichie farmhouse. I visited the site last Saturday and found there is indeed nothing there.
