Romero Ruins in Catalina State Park is a large and significant archaeological site in the northern Tucson Basin. The ruins are a Hohokam village occupied between CE 500 and CE 1450. There is evidence that the park and surrounding area have been continuously occupied since about 5000 BCE by the Hohokam people.

The site was widely used for nearly 400 years, estimated around 1000–1450 CE. The Romero Ruin still contains pueblos built of rock and adobe, as well as a Mesoamerican ball court. The site also contains remains of recent structures built by Francisco Romero, a local rancher, and evidence of large agricultural fields nearby.
