Re: Table Rock Pueblo by Anonymous on Friday, 06 July 2018
I'm not sure why Holbrook would be the nearest town and St. Johns is a village when St. Johns is a town. In fact, it's called the City of St. Johns (although city is really stretching it.) St. Johns is the county seat of Apache County where Holbrook is the county seat of Navajo County. Anyhoo...Where you have table rock pueblo (and we, the people of St. Johns don't call it that) is no where near where the actual site is. Now, i'm not going to tell you where the site is primarily because it's on private property and the guy who owns it doesn't take kindly to trespassers. But there's really nothing to see since it was filled back in. The actual table rock is now covered to keep the vandals away.

Thanks for the update, anon. I've changed nearest town to St. Johns. It's fairly easy to find out that the site is just across the river from the town. A pity that the other sites of Spier 175 and 176 have been destroyed.
But I see there are several accessible sites along the Little Colorado River that we don't don't have on the Megalithic Portal - I've just added Casa Malpais.
