Holy Well or Sacred Spring in West Midlands

Despite what a local man who appeared to be doing a survey of the area said, the well still exists, if a little forlorn. The structure shown in old photos (such as that in Bords work) has gone or rather lays broken beside it. However the spring still arises in a small rectangular stone lined shallow pool and into a gully that runs down to the Bracebridge Pool. The name supposed given by an owner of the land who was a self-proclaimed druid. I doubt if there is any history to it, but the name St. Mary's seems significant.
