From SolarMegalith: a perfectly preserved Iron Age hillfort is located south from Hermitage. Grimsbury Castle is located on plateau gravel and covers area of 8 acres. The hillfort has 3 original entrances, the northen and western one are most obvious. Northern sector of the hillfort is the best preserved one, while the whole site is covered with a forest.
