On the land of the farm "Civrac", stood two dolmens. They were dynamited before 1900 because of supposed treasure.
One of the dolmen had a flat capstone with a not well rounded circumference and covered with roughnesses. In the middle of the capstone, there was a round hole where blood was supposed to pour after a sacrifice.
The legend says that one of the dolmen turned around itself to the first crowing of the cock, at night.
Another legend says, that during his war against Henry the third, king of England and Hughues de Lusignan, count de La Marche, in Saintonge, Saint Louis slept under one of the dolmen.
Does anything remain from these dolmens?
