Round Barrow in Surrey. A bowl barrow situated on a slight rise in the Bagshot Sands. The barrow has a central mound 31m in diameter and 1.2m high with a surrounding ditch from which material was quarried during the construction of the monument.

This ditch is no longer visible at ground level, having become infilled over the years, but survives as a buried feature c.3m wide.

Visited the pair of these. What struck me was the huge hill called Hutt, so why isn't one up there rather than down here?

Looking at the map, this is the point where the Mole and Wey come closest to one another.
