Tumulus in Pyrénées-Atlantiques

The site appears to be a large mound, completely inaccessible, being overgrown with trees.

Péhau Tumulus
Péhau Tumulus submitted by Nick- : 18-11-06 This appears to be the site, a large mound. Here the Eastern side of the mound, camera pointing Northwards. Horses and car for scale. The mound was completely inaccessible, being overgrown with trees. I have strong (and very possibly unfounded) suspicions that this mound is a more recent (medieaval?) feature. Not sure though! Looking on the Géoportail aerial pictures for this site, it appears that there may be another tumulus just to the southeast of this one.
