Anonymous above is correct, except that Billingborough is now 2020, full with ducks at least.

this is a picture of Horbling spring, a village adjacent to Billingborough and not billingborough spring well. Billingborough spring well is keyhole shaped, situated alongside St Andrew's church and GP surgery. Has recently run dry and the ducks and eels have been relocated by Parish Council to local fen. there is a book on Lincolnshire spring wells, name I forget ( Ian?) available at Linccs Library service, which lists wells in area.
