Bronze age round barrow unusually no trees or scrub.


If it was in Wiltshire it would be remarked upon - here barrly notuced but a fine example. Worked flints visible.

A little difficult to find, went the long way to find this, got there in the end, gps would of helped!
Anyway the mound is there, not very exciting though!

    I was very excited to have visited this amazing site. A sunny cloudless day may have helped but the 360' horizon from the top of this mound was astounding! Built for Equinox alignment with several leys.
